IBEW is located in the Quad Cities, a metropolitan area with a total population of approximately 350,000. The four cities – Rock Island and Moline in Illinois and Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa – are divided by the great Mississippi River. The IBEW Local 145 jurisdiction in Iowa includes Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Muscatine, and Scott counties and in Illinois includes all of Rock Island and parts of Carroll, Henry, Mercer, and Whiteside counties.
